Albert is a fervent and passionate educator for Special Educational Needs (SEN) children. He has worked with SEN children for over 20 years. Beginning in Los Angeles, he worked with visually-impaired individuals for 3 years before moving to Hong Kong in 2002 and started his career in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

In the span of 2 decades, Albert has served over 500 families of SEN children. During this time, he has trained hundreds of parents, empowering each family with ABA skills and helping them gain clarity into the paths ahead. He has worked collaboratively with numerous schools and paraprofessional educators in Hong Kong, providing comprehensive and consistent education for SEN children. He has trained young children foundational learning skills and tools to thrive in school and in our society.
