Ingrid Chung completed her Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology from University College of London and her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Durham University in the United Kingdom. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), and a graduate member of the Hong Kong Psychological Society.

Her professional experience includes working with children with special education needs in one-to-one instructional settings and inclusion from kindergarten to middle school. She also has experience in conducting assessment, designing IEP, and implementing interventions based on Applied Behaviour Analysis for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental delays.
