Ms. Phyllis Lau completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in ABA from Bangor University in the United Kingdom. After graduation, Ms. Phyllis moved to Kuwait and worked with children with autism in a centre based setting targeting life skills and behavioural problems. Ms. Phyllis then relocated back to Hong Kong and continued to work with students with autism, ADHD and other developmental delays in a school based and home based setting. She has also spent some time in Australia mainly working with children with ASD, language delay and learning disabilities in a day care setting.
Ms. Phyllis is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and is experienced in designing, and implementing evidence-based (Applied Behaviour Analysis) interventions in both one-to-one and group instructional settings. She has gained extended knowledge and experience in the application of behaviour analysis, problem solving and classroom management skills.
In her spare time, Phyllis enjoys playing sports and travelling around the world! She also loves going to the cinema, or spending a whole day at home watching different kinds of movies.
